What services do you provide? ?
Our primary focus is on the preparation of advice documents, including (but not limited to) Statement of Advice (SOAs), Record of Advice (ROAs) and Strategy Papers. We also offer other ancillary services such as financial modelling, product comparison research, data entry and ad-hoc tasks on a request basis. As your paraplanner, we will also act as a sounding board should you wish to discuss any advice concerns or ideas with us.
What is your turnaround time? ?
Our standard turnaround time is 8 BUSINESS DAYS from the date we receive your request, however we often deliver your completed SOAs before this. Our motto is to under-promise, over-deliver!
Do you offer an Express Service for urgent SOAs??
YES! We offer an ‘Express/Urgent Request’ option where will be guarantee a completed SOA will be delivered within 3 BUSINESS DAYS. This option does come at an additional premium of 20% of the cost of the SOA.

We carefully review each request to ensure the advice is compliant, adheres to your licencee standards and legislative guidelines, and is in the client’s best interest. We encourage an open dialogue between the paraplanner and adviser to ensure the advice is compliant before proceeding with the SOA.
We also pride ourselves in our attention to detail, ensuring the SOAs are formatted appropriately and are professionally presented. Rather than just using the standard template, we go the extra mile by taking time to customise the templates so that they are appealing to the eye and something you are proud to present to your clients.
What is your quality control process??
Our Quality Assurance processes including peer review ensures that all advice documents written are internally reviewed by (at least one of) our senior management team prior to sending. This guarantees that at least two (2) paraplanning professionals will have contributed to the completion of your advice document prior to you receiving the final version.

Are your advice documents completed in Australia? ?
YES! Our paraplanning team all reside in Australia and speak English as their first language. This ensures that there are no language barriers or conflicting timezones to contend with, and that we all adhere to strict education and experience requirements. You will have peace of mind knowing that the grammar and punctuation within your documents will be accurate, and that your paraplanner is abreast of local (Australian) industry standards and guidelines.
With recent focus on privacy and data security concerns, we are able to guarantee that all your data remains secure onshore.
Are there any upfront fees or lock-in contracts? ?
NO! You will not be charged any upfront fees and will only receive an invoice upon completion of your advice document. There are no lock-in contracts and you only pay for each advice document that is completed.
